We are not only portrait photographers, we are Cheyenne real estate photographers. Our process of working real estate projects allows us to operate very quickly. As a team we are extremely efficient and provide MLS ready images within 24 hours so that you may get your listing out there for the world to see. We also specialize in shooting twilight, high dynamic range images of your home. All of our real estate photography is shot with a professional camera and a wide angle lens. This lens is very specific for real estate and a must for high quality images featuring the entire room in one frame.
The value of great real estate photography to sell a property can make or break a potential buyer from coming in the door. Their first impression of a home is from the photos on the internet. Many Realtors have invested in a camera to take some decent shots of their homes but they’re not professional. We provide all the gear, knowledge and expertise to create beautiful HDR images of your listing. We want your listing to shine above the rest and highlight the homes best features like the upgraded appliances, custom designed landscaping, barn wood sliding doors and man caves worthy of a feature in Ideal Home. The images of a home can mean the difference between selling the home for top dollar of having to lower the asking price because it has been on the market for too long. We are motivated to provide Cheyenne Realtors the best service possible and set the standard in Cheyenne real estate photography.
Shooting real estate photography is one of our favorite weekday jobs. Here in Cheyenne, WY we will provide exceptional images and even photograph your home on short notice. As Cheyenne commercial photographers we really pride ourselves on working as a team to create beautiful imagery of your home, office, product for your business, whatever your needs we have you covered. We can meet you in our office or come to you, to explore your vision or branding ideas. Providing local businesses with the tools they need for success is what we love. From small business to small business we know how challenging selling something can be.
As a team of Cheyenne photographers we work together to pull off some pretty amazing imagery, this is evident in R+S engagement at Cheyenne Botanic Gardens. We recently discovered this hidden gem located near Cheyenne Frontier Days and I have to say we love it for photos. It’s almost like they built it with the Wyoming photographer in mind, it has everything right there in one central location. It has that picturesque feel of the mountains yet we were only ten minutes from downtown Cheyenne. This photo of the engagement ring is beautiful but to see it in person was like wow! Ron picked out a lovely brilliant cut engagement ring for his bride to be.
Happiness is when we get to capture the love between two people and they are complete rock stars at modeling! While their session only lasted about 20 minutes because of the blistering cold wind of our lovely, Cheyenne, you would never even know they were slightly frozen. They kept each other warm just cuddling and laughing. No idea what they were talking about but it was perfect to get these great shots of Sherrill and Ron so in love. Being a Cheyenne photographer is awesome because of all the different weather elements Wyoming can throw at us in less then minutes. I say, ” Bring it Wyoming!” When the weather turned on us so fast, we had to move quickly to get some cute photos of this biker couple on the Harley. Braving the Wyoming weather was well worth it because their engagement photos on the motorcycle are some of my favorites ever. We instantly connected with S+R during their Cheyenne engagement session because they met online just like Jonathan and I did (9 years ago, omg). Like us they got engaged in weeks and the rest is history. What is the sense in waiting around when you know you find your soulmate? Right?
You can tell Ron is a true Wyoming native wearing his cowboy hat with US Army pin and Sherrill looking beautiful with her matching leather jacket and riding boots. What they wore to their engagement session was perfect, it was a true reflection of their personalities. While you don’t have to be fancy to be photographed, you just have to be in love.
We are so looking forward to being their Cheyenne wedding photographers at the Nagle Warren Mansion. Cheyenne is one of our favorite places to shoot weddings because we love the small town feel and the city is absolutely gorgeous. Their historic wedding venue is will be the perfect setting for R+S Cheyenne wedding.
We are swooning over this Hudson Gardens wedding. My favorite part of being a Denver wedding photographer is not only the honor of shooting the most important day of their lives but to go through the images after which brings the whole story back to life again. When I work on the album, I curl up on the sofa with my favorite blanket and I put together a truly custom piece of art. Monica and Ty’s fall wedding at Hudson Gardens was two years in the making. They booked us two years almost to the day before their wedding and it was a long wait, we were so excited to be their wedding photographers.
When we arrived in the morning to the home of Monica and Ty to start photographing wedding details, the bridesmaids were partying and our lovely bride was making mimosas. They had their specially curated playlist of all Monica’s favorites to jam to while getting their hair and makeup done. The house was clear of guys except for Jonathan shooting the jewelry before heading over to see the guys. Ty was preparing to suit up at his childhood home a few miles away. Everyone was up early to get beautiful for the first look before their early afternoon ceremony. The mother of the bride was beaming watching her only daughter surrounded with love on this special day, she even matched the bridal party in her floral robe which was a gift given to all the ladies from Monica. The bridesmaids surprised our lovely bride with a handcrafted scrapbook full of memories they shared with Monica, they were laughing at some of their hilarious photos in the keepsake. Monica was truly touched by how thoughtful her best friends were and it will be something she cherishes forever. Monica’s “something old” was the handmade ring pillow from her parents wedding and after all these years it looked like it would have on her parents wedding day.
While the groom and his groomsmen opted out of wearing a boutonniere they looked pretty handsome without it for a winning wedding look.
One of my favorite moments of the whole wedding day is when the bride and her father have a first look. This moment was especially touching because of how close Monica and her father are. He was blown away at how beautiful she looked. We set this up so that the bride’s father sees her before her husband to be. Father of the bride always loved her first just like the song.
The wedding bouquet Monica choose for her walk down the isle had a fresh picked feel featuring gold, orange and purple with just the right amount of green foliage. This stunning bouquet was designed by Fleur de Liz, who artistically placed every sunflower within the bouquets. Berries and corral roses looked perfect for this Colorado bride’s wedding at Hudson Gardens. The grounds surrounding Our Lady of Loreto made for a beautiful backdrop to feature these lovely Colorado wedding bouquets. As Denver wedding photographers, we use different textures to give you a Mile High City feel and highlight your natural Colorado wedding.
More to come on this wedding in the next few days.

What to Wear For Your Engagement Session
You’re engaged! Now that you have posted your ring shots on social media for the world to see, lets put the icing on the cake with some badass engagement photos to celebrate the special occasion. Not only are we going to document this special moment in your lives, we are going to shoot the most beautiful photo of your precious engagement ring. Here we are going to help you prepare for what to wear for your engagement session.
Planning out what to wear can either turn into a fun fashion show or a dreaded freak out session. This is why planning is so important and we love helping you pick out your engagement wardrobe. We highly recommend two outfits; one casual and one a little more fancy. Sequins dress, tulle skirt, whatever you have been dying to wear and needed an excuse to do so, now is the time. Your engagement session is a special occasion so dress accordingly plus these images will likely be on display at your wedding. Engagement photos make a beautiful guest book, everyone will be flipping though the pages to sign their well wishes for your happy life together while admiring your photos. Another place at the wedding reception where engagement session photos are on display is the slideshow usually played during dinner and the area where the gifts are placed so its a great idea to make sure what you’re wearing will go with the wedding decor.
‘I would hate for someone to look at my shoes and say, “Oh my God! They look so comfortable!”
Your footwear is also about making a statement. Don’t forget to wear nice shoes, we will be taking full body shots and you don’t want to have a nice dress on with tennis shoes. If you decide on a mountain location, we would suggest bringing shoes to hike in but that you can change into something nicer when we get there. This is especially true for the guys. This has happened in the past and will likely happen again but hopefully we can avoid it, I am crossing my fingers, the guys will literally wear their shoes that they mow the lawn in. With everything going on and all the preparations, the guys shoes are usually the very thing that always is forgotten.
We highly recommend doing a hair and make up trial for your wedding day and the day of your engagement is the perfect time to give it a try! If you can get your make up done in the morning, then do engagement photos followed up with a nice dinner and a movie, you can make a really great day out of it. Plus you will be able to see how well your make up and hair holds up for the whole day.
Bring accessories to your photoshoot.
Not only is picking the right outfits critical to loving your photos but so is bringing some great accessories to compliment your outfit choices.
We love wearing our glasses and if you’re like us you will want to wear them all the time. They have become a part of who you are but things can turn bad quickly if you do not have anti-reflective coating for the lens. When I update my prescription I always make sure to get the no glare lens. Jonathan will take lots of photos of me/us together and we never have a reflection on the glasses in the images. This is so important… Make sure your glasses are the kind that have the anti-reflective coating. We want to see your eyes in the photos not a reflection of ourselves in your lens.
If you need a reason to wear that glamorous necklace, your engagement session is the time. Matching hair accessories and earrings are a bonus. Treat yourself to getting your nails done to show off that sparkling engagement ring.
Props for your engagement session.
Your engagement session is all about the two of you so if hockey is your favorite sport to watch together bring out your Avalanche jerseys and hockey sticks. We have shot winter engagements at Evergreen Lake where the couple put on their hockey skates with all their gear for their photo shoot. The location was the perfect Colorado engagement spot because we got to have fun with them on the ice doing what they love most besides each other of course.
Holding custom signs up is very popular way to display your hashtag or the count down to your big day. The possibilities truly are endless when it comes to what your signs say. A side note about chalk signs… if you use chalk boards, use chalk pens. The chalk pens look so much better and its goes on easier. It goes on thick and smooth so it shoes up nicely in the photos.
Engagement session with your fur baby.
If you didn’t know that our chihuahua, Kuiper, is the love of our lives then you don’t know us yet. Make sure you know your photographers. Neither one of us could ever imagine taking a photo, engagement, wedding, whatever without our dog. If you feel the same about your fur babies, then please bring them to the photo shoot. Bringing your four legged friend to cozy up with you and your fiancé during the engagement session makes for some cute family portraits. Bring a sign that says, “My humans are getting married.” Don’t forget a cute leash with matching collar or even a bowtie to make your pup look chic. Treats and a squeak toy are not a bad idea either.
As your Denver Engagement Photographers.
Our job as your wedding photographers is to help you with everything about the photos for your big day including helping you with what to wear for your engagement session.
As a product photographer we are often very lucky to be considered product testers as well, its just a perk of the job. For three whole days our studio smelled like Heaven. After this shoot, we became huge fans of lavender and a customer of Debbie’s forever. While we shoot products, Jonathan does all the photography, while I play and stage all the items for him to shoot. By doing this, I get to handle all these wonderful handmade in Wyoming lotions and soaps.
For the Land of Lavender product line, Debbie wanted it to be organic with a spa feel. With many of her ingredients coming from Whole Foods, we wanted to give her a styled shoot of her products that had an earthy feel with lots of elements from nature. We used reclaimed wood planks, wool, faux fur of course, and dried pieces of lavender. Dried lavender this time of year, is hard to come by but our ladies at The Prairie Rose had just wanted we needed and they were on standby in case we need some fresh cut pieces as well.
There are countless benefits to having professional product photos on your website and brochures. It may even seem obvious but there are so many companies out there that use their cell phones to represent their brand. Professional commercial photography is vital to your brands success because most consumers are very visual and your competitors are going to try to be a step a head of you.
Riveted Photography is your number one choice in Cheyenne product photography because we care about growing your business and helping you brand yourself above the rest. We put a huge emphasis on styling your product line to fit your brand because it differentiates you from your competitors. We are going to provide you with the highest quality, full edited, high resolution digitals so that you can make a statement that makes consumers want whatever you got. Prior to your shoot, we are going to provide you will a complimentary style consultation to go over your product line so we can fully understand what your business goals are for your photography.
This beautiful couple wanted to recreate their wedding day with a special winter Colorado engagement session at one of our favorite places, Cherry Creek. Such a lovely place to have photos taken. The arbor from their wedding ceremony was a perfect addition to an already stunning location. We had so much fun getting to know them and their love story. Darlene and Gerald had a friend take photos on their actual wedding day 2 years prior but Gerald surprised his beautiful wife with recreating their special day at one of their favorite places. When we arrived they had this romantic setting right along the little creek and had had their arbor all set up just as they had it when they tied-the-knot.
Being a photographer and getting someone in front of the lens everyday is not the best part of our job, its getting to know their story and creating artwork that lasts forever.
Update your photos with loved ones often.
Frequently we hear about how after the wedding has long passed, couples do not get photos taken until their first child comes years later. Then a big gap happens and now they are empty nesters. Still no updated photos. I wish I could shout this from Everest. “Get in front of the camera!” I do not think anyone could ever say the regret all the memories captured with those closest to them. Take selfies, use your point and shoot camera at birthday parties but get your family portraits taken professionally often.
I know in 50 years that when I look back on my images with goofy filters of kitten ears and big eyes with glitter falling from above they will make me happy. What I will cherish and pass on is our keepsake portraits of our family. They are timeless and valuable beyond what I can put into words.
So you rocked your session and now you want the world to see? There is no better way then to have an accordion album featuring you and your loved ones. They are the perfect gifts for just about anyone, especially mom and grandma. Keep one for yourself in your purse to show to all your friends and coworkers. Accordion albums are a unique way to showcase your beautiful photos.
Ladies now is the time to book your boudoir session for Valentine’s Day. When you book your session with us, you will get champagne and chocolates, plus coaching so you look and feel your best which makes for a stunning gift for your significant other. You’re going to feel empowered and sexy.

Fall is a beautiful time to update your family portraits. While the kids may be busy with school, make a hour of time to get your family portraits taken at Denver Botanic Gardens. Plus you can get your Holiday cards out faster than all your friends and cross it off your list. Even with foliage brown and all the leaves have fallen, it really makes the subjects pop. I love the colors of late fall and the Martin family rocked their session in their matching puffer vests from Old Navy for an outdoor family session at Denver Botanic Gardens. It was a beautiful day in Denver for family portraits and getting the boys to hug each other for their brotherly love photo was memorable but we had so much fun with the Martins. Jonathan and I are looking forward to delivering their huge wall art for behind their sofa.
As your Denver family portrait photographer, we are going to provide you and yours with amazing portraits to document these wonderful moments in your lives. We also strive to provide you with fine wall art for your home.

By literally traveling North America on our first ever cross country road trip, we searched for a craftsman that loves their work as much as we do. We toured professional labs to see for ourselves how they are made and meet the production staff that would be handling our work. We narrowed it down to one lab for all our albums, prints, photo gifts and marketing materials. We choose them for the superior craftsman ship of all their products and that they are a family business. More of trip with pics of the lab will be posted soon, but for now just look at how beautiful these books turned out for one our couples. They got the Signature Album and upgraded the cover to acrylic and two parent albums. Stunning!
