When I have a camera in my hand, I know no fear.
– Alfred Eisenstaedt
There can be no fear when you’re shooting a couple’s most important day of their lives. That is why hiring a professional wedding photographer is not only smart but its in investment into your future. Hiring a professional wedding photographer not only gives you piece of mind but also beautiful images to last a lifetime.
Our story is my favorite fairy tale. We never get tired of hearing it or reflecting on all our memories while planning our next Colorado or Wyoming adventure. The best part is to cuddle up on the sofa in our Airstream with the dog and look at all our pictures of our travels and selfies. We are self proclaimed selfie experts but we are pretty damn good at taking our own professional portraits also.
We currently reside in the beautiful, windy state of Wyoming but we are always in Colorado shooting weddings, engagements and family portraits. Basically we live in two places, it really just depends on where the next wedding is. Living between Colorado and Wyoming gives us the best of both worlds. It took us a minute to really appreciate Wyoming but it has grown on us and we love it. There is so much to do and explore here. We are very active in the Cheyenne community and have discovered all the secret local hotspots while making some great friends along the way. We also have a tiny studio located in downtown Cheyenne. We would love to meet you there and show you all of our beautiful work.
Meet Our Team of Bad Ass Photographers and Assistants
Riveted Photography is a family affair. We have been a Denver and Cheyenne local business now for 5 years because of the support of our parents. Jannelle’s mother, Dayna, helps on many weddings while her father is a wonderful babysitter to the cutest dog on the planet. Jonathan’s father, Kent, helps us with almost every single wedding and is probably the greatest free assistant to any photography studio ever.
Owner / Photographer / The Nicest Person You’ll Ever Meet
Jonathan studied photography at the Art Institute of Colorado after deciding one day that his hobby was his passion and it was time to take the leap of faith and start his own business.
Boss Lady / Photographer / Creative Director
After studying mining engineering and mathematics at The Colorado School of Mines, a creative, artistic person was born and she has never looked back.
Meet us for coffee and see our work in person. There is nothing like actually flipping through a custom made wedding album and feeling all the lovely products we offer our clients. We are happy to meet you at your favorite place or come to your home so you can see how the large prints would look hanging above your sofa.
