Plains Art Museum Engagement Photos
Today we’re happy to feature Emily and Chandler! These two met through their roommates while they were both studying at NDSU. After being together for 6 years, they are engaged and planning to have a morning wedding later this fall. We started this Fargo engagement session at the Plains Art Museum.

The fun bright colors of the exhibit contrast wonderfully with the dark colors worn by our couple. These shots are radiant, fun, and the perfect way to start a session.

Next, we moved into a more open area of the museum with beautiful exposed wooden beams, hardwood floor and brick walls. These shots are a playful celebration of young love.

These seated shots capture the ambient light coming in through the windows, brightening up the room to match the bright smiles on our couple. Emily and Chandler share some sweet kisses and warm embraces, excited to celebrate the start of their lives together.

Next, Chandler dips Emily into a dramatic kiss in the shadowed corner of the room. Their passion for each other can’t be missed in these shots.

We continued the series of capturing kisses, ranging from playful to passionate with this delightful couple.

To conclude our session in this room, we took some more relaxed shots of Emily and Chandler leaning against the wall, resting their heads against the floor, and sharing a kiss before moving on.

The dramatic draped and brightly dyed textiles in the background serve to showcase our couple. Emily and Chandler stand out beautifully against this delightful backdrop.

We also had the opportunity to use this very textured installation in our shots. It really feels like we’re on a playful date with Emily and Chandler in the art museum.

Before moving on to our next location, we captured some stunning moments in the stairwell. These shots are intimate and a little more secluded than the wide expanses of the museum exhibits.
Brewhalla Fargo Engagement Photos

Next we moved on to one of the coolest places to visit in Fargo: Brewhalla by Drekker Brewing Company. Originally a locomotive repair building and foundry, this charming historic building is now home to a brewery, marketplace and hotel.

Emily and Chandler pose in front of the wine barrels in the dining area.

Brewhalla is also home to lots of murals and local art. The black and white mural in the back gives a cool alternative vibe to these pictures of Emily and Chandler.

Moving to the upper level of the venue, the atmosphere is brighter, but the artsy vibes persist. Emily and Chandler share a magical kiss among all the floating fixtures.

Seriously these floating orbs give the whole area a modern fairytale vibe that pairs perfectly with our couple.

As our Fargo engagement session began to draw to a close, Emily and Chandler shared a couple kisses and a warm embrace in front of the art of the stairwell.

We had a great time with Emily and Chandler, celebrating their engagement with photos in these unique venues.

Finally, we showcase the engagement ring gently tucked into a succulent, along with two more photos of our happy couple.
Emily and Chandler, congratulations on your engagement and upcoming forever together!
