My first session of 2021 was an adorable family in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Over the last 3 years we have done their photos every spring and fall for their annual Holiday card wars. This pretty momma is a self-proclaimed “annualcardzilla” so I loved the challenge of making the most incredible card of all cards. Thus the elegant sparkly theme to be a little “extra” to kick off the New Year.
The ladies are wearing some of my favorite gowns from my client closet. These three gowns are Dollcake and available for my lovely clients to wear during their photo session with me. We meet the DeSantis family during our years in Cheyenne and I was so excited when they asked me to come shoot their family photos in Minnesota. It was my first time there and the Chippewa National Forest near Grand Rapids is insanely beautiful. I literally can’t stop thinking of how amazing it would be to do Minnesota fall family photos. It might be one of my favorite places in US.
These cute candids of the littles are my favorite. Cora and Maddie are adorable and I feel so blessed to have photographed their little family for so many years. This session is my favorite so far. Looking forward to seeing them grow.
