Do I need to provide transportation for my wedding guests?
In theroy, its probably a nice gesture but not required because Vail has everything so close but keep in mind special events. If you’re a Colorado native you probably know that Vail always has something big happening. They host jazz festivals, wine and food events, and of course ski and snowboard competitions. On your wedding day, it is highly likely there could be a major event going so having transportation for guests would be beneficial because all the free and hotel transportation could be used up. The hotels offer shuttles and there are plenty of taxis but if you want to have the time of your life while zipping around Vail for your photos, then you have to use the Turtle Bus for your wedding party. Its a fun way to get around quickly while dancing, partying and of course drinking in between stops for photos overlooking Vail Valley. This badass converted school bus really makes for some fun wedding photos with all your closest friends. Since we are a team, Jonathan will ride the bus with the bridal party capturing all those fun moments after the ceremony where you can just let loose and getting all the photos in the town and on the mountain. Jannelle will be shooting the inside of the reception hall to capture the room will all your wedding floral arrangements. You can expect that all your decor that you have been planning for months will be be photographed to add to your wedding story.
