Swooning over this Rocky Mountain National Park engagement session. Over the past few months we have had wild fires and hazy skies. On this June day, the funk cleared out, yielding clear mountain views for Jacilyn and Jake’s romantic picnic themed engagement session. We captured all the feels in this sweet feature.
Love all the props Jacilyn brought along for their Rocky Mountain engagement session. Choosing Rocky Mountain National Park for their engagement session was a representation of their adventurous spirit. J + J love everything outdoors and to have their engagement session captured in a memorable location was the most important thing to them. We just let them do their thing and the camera caught the magic.
I am obsessed with this mountain picnic in this large field of Colorado wild flowers. The sun was setting and the Golden Hour light was perfection.
These photos 👆 above are some of my favorites from their mountain engagement session.
The top of Trail Ridge Road was amazing with gorgeous views of the Continental Divide in Rocky Mountain National Park. The purple mountains made the perfect backdrop for these romantic engagement photos.
I love these night shots right after the sun went down for a quick cuddle session before the long drive back to Denver. The snow capped mountains in the background with a hint of orange sunlight completed this perfect day. We can’t wait to shoot their wedding at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail, Colorado next year.
Congratulations Jacilyn + Jake, we wish you the best!
