We had the honor of capturing April and Ben’s wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek in Boulder, Colorado.

Wedgewood Boulder Creek is a photographer’s dream—nestled in the mountains, it provides the perfect blend of rustic charm and natural beauty. The bridal suite and groom’s suite at Wedgewood are fantastic spaces, offering plenty of room for the bride and groom to relax with their closest friends and family before the ceremony.
When it was time for the ceremony, the autumnal colors of November set the perfect backdrop. The aisle was lined with deep oranges and rich reds, echoing the season’s warmth and vibrancy. As April’s father walked her down the aisle, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. The picture on the right is one of my favorites from the day. Her smile, paired with the glow of the fall foliage, made her look like she had stepped out of a fairytale.
Wedding Photos at Wedgewood Boulder Creek
After the ceremony, we took advantage of the stunning surroundings at Wedgewood Boulder Creek for the bridal formal shots. Wedgewood Boulder Creek is not far from downtown Boulder up Boulder Canyon Drive but it has that mountain feel which makes for a perfect backdrop for a wedding anytime of year. Fall is my favorite time of year for a Colorado wedding, and while the colors don’t last for long, I’m so glad they were here for April and Ben’s special day.
The mountain scenery, combined with the crisp fall air, provided the perfect setting. April’s pink and orange ombre hair against the backdrop of the Colorado mountains was a photographer’s dream, and the love between her and Ben was palpable in every shot.
The reception that followed was spectacular. You could really see the joy on everyone’s faces!

April and Ben’s wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek was a perfect blend of love, nature, and beautiful fall colors. As a photographer, it was an honor to be part of such a special day and to capture the memories that April and Ben will cherish for a lifetime.
