Ya’ll I love me some North Dakota! It is so beautiful here and the ideal place for a fall maternity session.

Around Williston we have the prettiest locations for family portraits, this little spot along the Missouri River. The river bank is covered in this dreamy fall foliage.

I love how Jerilyn coordinated her crew for their fall maternity session in Williston. The little jean dress with ruffle sleeves is darling.

Sometime the tiniest clients are reluctant to have their photos taken so they bring their little sidekick stuffed bunny along. The bunny made a few appearances during the session but she is part of their growing family.

Jerilyn and Cory are simply stunning together and with their 3rd little girl on the way, they are so blessed. I can’t wait for her November arrival so I can do her newborn photos.

Downtown Williston Family Photos

Williston always surprises me when I’m scouting for locations for my clients. My first time shooting here and these beams remind of walking under the pier at the ocean. Very pretty, I love our little town and being in this community. It has been very welcoming to us since we moved here just a few months ago.

These two ladies are so excited for their little sister. Cory is going to be surrounded with girls. #girldad

This momma is beautiful! She is absolutely glowing. This lovely waterway is actually a drainage ditch. As a photographer my eyes see beauty in all things but Jerilyn made this location perfection. In downtown Williston, we have this one brick wall that is every photographer’s favorite location. Everyone goes there, its just one of those things but I am so glad we have it. This small town has a lot to offer for locations without having to drive far. We can hit so many unique locations in a short amount of time in Williston, I love it.

Candid family photos are guaranteed to be a client favorite. A dog pile of everyone cuddling on the ground is great for families with little kiddos. I love it when the kids are silly, just being themselves. Their personalities are big and I love to capture those authentic smiles and moments.
