Welcome to world Everson Wynn, while 2020 has been all kinds of things, meeting you is a blessing and the best part of being a newborn photographer. Shooting this little ones first few weeks in the world is truly a privilege. This adorable baby boy came to see us at our studio after his parents contacted us for their Williston family portraits from a post on Facebook.
At heart, I’m an astronomy nerd. Stars, plants, galaxies and black holes, I want to learn all about it. Our dog is named after the Astronomer, Gerard Kuiper. Therefore, I love to incorporate starts into our work. It may be a moon prop, this beautiful star set up or using some kind of metallic stars with the matching drop and/or wrap. More than likely you will get a tribute to astronomy some place in your shoot. For little girls, I like to use rainbows in addition to stars, its just how I do it.
Williston Family Portraits
The parent poses are always my favorite part of the newborn session. Included these timeless newborn family portraits into my sessions, make our sessions unique. We have a moody style with true to life colors for our parent sessions. I adore these family photos with their sweet baby boy.
Look how precious he is. ☝️ This image right here is one of my favorites. They won’t fit in your hands long, so this is one of my must-haves at every shoot. Black and white newborn photos are timeless and best used in parent photos.
Posed Newborn Photography
Posed newborn photography is our speciality but we also love to shoot lifestyle newborn sessions in Williston and the surrounding areas in the clients home. Lifestyle newborn is a great idea for newborns that have older siblings.
These newborn mugshots in black and white have become a parent favorite. Their little expressions captured in these sweet snaps are adorable.
This is kind of a sloppy froggy but Everson looks too cute to skip this snap of him. Did you ever wonder how this pose is captured and keep the baby safe? This is a composite image, which means my hands were on him supporting him the entire time. A little Photoshop magic does the trick to blend two images into one and just like we have the sweetest little newborn pose.
We have the most beautiful beaches in North Dakota. Um what? Yes! Beaches with giant cliffs and entirely covered in driftwood. Therefore this driftwood bowl was perfect for Everson’s newborn session. Even the water along the beaches is warm in the summer evenings, which is perfect for for a summer evening family session.
